• Implementation of oil management procedures that allow us to eliminate the scraping of used cooking oils
• Reduction in natural gas usage through the use of an oil preheating system that uses waste heat from ovens to preheat our oils
• Installation of motion sensing lighting in warehouses thus reducing electrical usage in the warehouse by over 40%
• Over 50% of our waste stream is recycled and we are increasing this every month.
• Scrap from the manufacturing process is recycled into animal feeds
